Through reflection, coaching-led cohort conversations, peer perspectives and application to real leadership situations, you will deepen your understanding of how you lead, how your leadership is experienced and what becomes possible as you expand your contribution.

How the programme works
The Flagship combines guided development with application to the realities of your leadership role.

Coaching-led cohort sessions: Explore significant leadership questions in a facilitated developmental setting.

Reflective inquiry: Examine your assumptions, patterns and responses with greater depth.

Peer perspectives: Learn from the experiences and viewpoints of other leaders.

Real-world application: Bring current leadership situations into the work and test new approaches between sessions.

The intention is not to teach a prescribed style or provide a checklist of ideal behaviours. It is to strengthen your awareness, judgement and capacity to respond to the leadership demands you face.

Cohort size: 5 – 8 participants

Session rhythm: One 2-hour cohort session every two weeks, with guided reflection and practical application between sessions

Programme fee: ₹75,000 + applicable taxes

Payment: Full payment at enrolment, or two instalments of ₹37,500 + applicable taxes
